Parents: ACTION REQUIRED Mr Lines has prepared the "Advancement Report" (attached below) showing who will be receiving which Ranks, Badges, and other Awards at this coming Court of Honor. PLEASE REVIEW IT FOR ACCURACY. If you believe something is missing for your scout, contact Mr Lines via email (using advancements@t150f.com) IMMEDIATELY, so he can reconcile his records with yours.
Please do this by the end of the day Tuesday, 5/29.
Note: there have been occasions where the scout believed he was going to advance, and there was a lot of disappointment on the night of the Court of Honor. Don't let that happen: please review the report.
UPDATE: - Please remember that this review is ONLY to catch errors. If the scout completed badge requirements on or before 5/24, AND presented them to Mr Lines on or before 5/24, and yet they are not on the current Advancement Report, then please discuss this with Mr. Lines.
- If scouts completed requirements after 5/24 and/or presented them to Mr Lines after 5/24, note that our records will show that you've earned that rank, badge, or award, but it will not be presented to the scout until the fall Court of Honor.
- Other than this review for errors, scout must present their complete requirements to Mr Lines in person. Email from parents that certain requirements are completed will not be accepted.
