ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE MERIT BADGE Thursday Nights in August 1,8,15,22,29 7:30-8:30pm Hope Lutheran Church, Freehold NJ I will be offering the Environmental Science Merit Badge this summer. All interested scouts are invited to participate. There will be no pre-requisites required, however…this is an Eagle required Merit Badge and carries a significant level of difficulty. All scouts seriously interested should participate. I will work with each and every one to ensure your badge is completed and the material is understood. If you are willing to work hard I will gladly assist you. But heads up, we will be working hard. We will be meeting on Thursday nights at the Lutheran Church (same room as scouts). Class will begin promptly at 7:30 so please arrive a few minutes early and be prepared to begin at 7:30. Please come to class with a pen and dedicated notebook for this badge. Each week I will preselect 3 scouts to assist in clean up and breakdown of the room at the conclusion of class. Please bring:
- Pen
- notebook that you can use for all class notes, one book that all your notes can be in one place, you will be using these notes for the final exam.
- DO NOT buy the merit badge book...not necessary we will cover all material
- DO NOT worry about blue cards, I have them and you can fill them out the first day of class
