The Troop is seeking help in the following areas: - Tour Coordinator
- Adult position
- Responsibilities include:
- Working with PLC to identify reasonable trips and campouts for the Troop
- Scheduling trips for specific months
- Making reservations with the destination site; making arrangement for ancillary activities
- With the advice of the Scoutmaster, Treasurer, and Troop Committee, setting fees for campouts
- Announcing dates, preparing permission slips
- Collecting permission slips and fees
- Providing a full roster to the Scoutmaster per trip
- Contact Mr Griswold if you have questions, are interested, or would like to nominate somebody
- Troop Photographer / Photograph Coordinator
- This could be filled by one or more adults or scouts
- Photographer responsibilities:
- Help document Troop functions by taking pictures
- Capture the fun and spirit of Troop 150
- Work with Historian, where applicable
- Work closely with the Photograph Coordinator to get pictures selected and posted
- Photograph Coordinator responsibilities:
- Work with the Photographer to narrow down "all" collected photos to the best dozen or so per event
- Encourage all scouts and parents to email their "best shots" to you, per event
- Learn the Troop website well enough to post the photos, or
- With the Webmaster, select a photo sharing site, and learn to set up albums that we can access from links from the Troop 150 website
