Troop 150 Parents-

 

Summer Camp will be here before you know it!

 

ALL scouts and adults attending summer camp must have a current BSA Medical Form with them upon arrival a camp.  The form attached here is the one needed. Parts A, B, and C must be completed - part D is NOT needed - The SCUBA form is needed if the scout plans to participate in the Discover Scuba program at Ocanickon.  Please have your scout bring the original and 3 copies of the form. The original stays with the scoutmaster, one copy is kept in the troop trailer, one copy goes to Ockanickon and is not returned the 3rd copy is an extra if the scout particpates in council camping events.
