We will be camping this weekend (10/16 - 10/18) at Camp Ockanickon. The cost for the trip is $25 which will cover meals. The permission slip is attached below - please return it by this week's meeting (10/15). IMPORTANT - please also bring Part A and B of the health form (also attached) - Parts A and B do NOT require a doctor visit.
