Reminders for Sept 22

Tonight:
  • Regular Troop Meeting -- Thu, Sept. 22, 7pm
    • Activities:
      • Prepping for Poconos camping trip
      • Discussion / voting on October trip
      • There will be at least one prospective recruit there (Isaac's friend).  Please introduce yourself, and tell him a little about what is cool about Boy Scouting in general, and Troop 150 in particular
    • Also remember:
      • $10 dues are due.  (Pay Mrs. Chan, but be sure to tell your Patrol Leader you have taken care of it.)
This Weekend:
  • Camping -- Fri. to Sun.
    • Camping and adventure course trip in the Poconos. 
    • * * * We still have a few spots open * * * so if you want to go bring: permission slip, waiver, and fee to meeting tonight. 
    • Check announcements page for more info.
  • Popcorn Blitz Sale -- Sat and Sun
    • We will be doing a "Blitz Sale" where we set up a table with our popcorn for sale (cash & carry)
    • Where: Wawa on Rt 33 & Five Points Rd
    • What to wear:  Class A uniform
    • Dates: 
      • Saturday 9/24 from 9:00am till 12:00
      • Sunday, 9/25 from 12:00 till 3:00pm
    • Please check your schedule and let me know when your scout will be available for an hour or two.

    • We are off for Rosh Hashanah.

    • The Court of Honor has been scheduled for Thursday November 3rd. 
    • Rank advancement notification and blue cards for merit badges are due to Mr. Lines by October 20th.

    • Tom Tyrrell points out there is a pile of landscape ties removed from the playground at the church.  If anyone has a use for them, you are welcome to take them.
