I would like to have between 8 and 12 scouts and a couple adults. The event is from 11 am to 3pm, but I would need at least 6 of the scouts to be there at 10:00 to set up and at least 6 to stay to 3:30 to clean up. Scouts will be setting up, some limited parking direction, helping with registration, helping with the large overhead sound and video system, cooking and serving lunch which is hamburgers and hot dogs, etc. Lunch will be provided for them. I need to borrow a large propane BBQ grill or we could use the outdoor BBQ pit, but then I would need to use a troop dining fly in case of bad weather. I also need a copy of the troops charter this Thursday night if you could please bring a copy.
