We will be meeting at the camp parking lot to load gear into the trailer to be taken into the site. Please plan on arriving to the parking lot no later than 1:00PM. The Scouts will go to the site for check-in, and Mr. Karn will bring the trailer down to the site. As mentioned, we will be sharing our site with another troop. Mr. Karn has been in touch with their coordinator, and they have requested the use of one lean-to and six tents. That leaves us with two lean-tos and eight tents. We will also bring troop tents to be used if needed as changing tents and/or storing gear. It is strongly recommended that you bring a bedroll, pad, inflatable, or some cardboard for under your sleeping bag in the lean-to. |
