Ockanickon has established a very limited vehicle access policy this year, and they would rather not have us trying to load the trailer in the parking lot for the trip down into the camp site. For those who do not want to hike their gear in, Mr. Karn will have his truck and the trailer parked at Ralph Stover State Park, which is about one half mile further down State Park Road from Ockanickon. Please plan to be at Stover Park on Sunday by 1:00PM AT THE LATEST. You can off-load your gear, and then return to the Ockanickon parking lot to meet up with our Ockanickon Staff Guide. Any Scouts who require an Epipen or an inhaler are requested to bring two: one to keep on their person, and one to store at the Health Lodge. Items stored at the Health Lodge will be returned. Mr. Alex Karn and Mr. Greg Karn will be at the Adelphia Firehouse on Thursday 7/5 between 7PM and 8PM. Any medical forms or blue cards not yet dropped off can be taken care of, and we can answer any last-minute questions about camp. We will also have shirt orders if you have not picked up yet. . |
