Permission slips are due back on Thursday, October 31, 2013* for the upcoming Ockanickon/C.O.P.E. camping trip for the weekend of November 8 - 10, 2013. The cost is $40 for scouts which includes camping, meals & all activities. Camping and meal fees will be waived for adults who are driving.  Adults may participate in the C.O.P.E. course at a fee of $10 for the Low Course and $20 for the High Course (Low Course must be successfully completed first). All scouts will participate in the Low C.O.P.E. Course in the morning.  Scouts 13 yrs. of age and older who successfully complete the Low Course will participate in the High C.O.P.E. Course in the afternoon.  Scouts 12 yrs. of age and younger will participate in a Climbing and Repelling activity on the tower in the afternoon. Everyone must wear long pants and soft soled shoes, preferably sneakers. No hiking boots will be allowed on the course.  You will be camping in tents so be prepared for cold weather camping. The troop will leave from Hope Lutheran Church at 5:00pm on Friday, November 8th.  Please bring your own meal for Friday evening.  The permission slip may be downloaded below.

*If you are unable to make it to the meeting, please make arrangements to drop off your permission slip at the meeting on Thursday evening or email me at tours@t150f.com by Thursday evening so that we may have an accurate headcount for that weekend.
