During this exciting outing at Quail Hill from March fourteenth to March sixteenth many fun things happened. To recap we had pancakes for breakfast, sandwiches for lunch and fajitas for dinner. The weather on Friday was a high of 47 degrees and a low of 19 degrees. On Saturday it was a high of 61 degrees and a low of 43 degrees and on Sunday it was a High of 39 and a low of 25. Scouts on this campout were: Mark Anthony, Laik, Harris, Matt, Rich, Isaac, Ben, Tommy, Danny, Liam, Jack, Chris, Christian, CJ, Shane & Luke. In the morning we went on a long orienteering course, up and down “suicide hill”. In the afternoon we built semi-decent shelters for wilderness survival and had a really nice game of football before dinner. Laik was an amazing quarterback and Chris kept plowing everyone down. That evening we were invited to join our neighboring Troop for after dinner campfire and we had a very strange game of manhunt. Some kid named Kyle from the other Troop wouldn't come out of hiding for an entire hour even with his scoutmaster calling for him. All in all it was a fun trip and we had a great time!
